No, Numerously is a standalone app and is not directly interoperable with spreadsheet applications.
Numerously’s Productivity Pro in-app purchase does provide the option of exporting a Numerously file (called a ‘stack’) to XLS format.

I’ve accidentally deleted the app and lost all my files, is there are way to recover?

No, files are stored in APP DATA. When you delete an app, this also deletes all the associated data.
If you store back-ups of your device, you can try to restore a previous back-up, but this affects all apps and content on your device.
To avoid data loss, you can save files to iCloud
